Felicity receives news of her passing grades for her first year of medical school. But because the mail was late, she missed the deadline to register for second year. She learns that her spot has been reassigned to another student, meaning she will have to wait another year to register for her second year unless another student drops out. Believing he has a solution to both Felicity and his own problems, Dr. Snow asks Felicity to be his assistant, to which she agrees. Although he appreciates her help, Felicity is finding the job to be more mundane than medically exhilarating. But Felicity's outlook on the life of a country doctor changes when an accident causing multiple injuries coincides with Felicity's old school chum Colleen Pritchard giving birth. Written by Huggo
